Creating Healthy Habits-
My challenge to you this week is to start a healthy habit for your kids. What you do for them now will carry over into their adult hood. Habits are only created by constant repetition. This week I challenge you to give them a multi-vitamin every day at breakfast or before school (during the school year obviously!!). Take this time to instill in your child a healthy habit that will follow him or her into adulthood.
